A: Yes, we are a member of the BJA. Our British Jewellers' Association number is 44575 and we are listed under Charles Bloomstein's name.

A: Yes, we have been trading on eBay since the year 2000, during which time we have received almost 10,000, 100% positive feedback comments. A track record, of which we are justifiably proud.

A:

  • We do not incur all the overheads associated with running a physical jewellery shop
  • We do not attach large mark-ups to our prices, preferring to work on a low profit : high turnover basis instead
  • Charles has excellent trade contacts, so he can buy stock at lowest possible prices

A: Our rings are generally stocked size N. However, a ring can be made to order in any size: just let us know the size required with your payment.
It would take about 4 - 5 weeks to be made, but there's no additional cost to you.
Alternatively, our jeweller can re-size a ring by up to three sizes larger or smaller for £30. This would take about 7 days. (Please note that full eternity rings cannot be re-sized.)

A: Just email Helen at Helen@knuckerbling.com to ask for a ring size gauge to be posted to you

A: All jewellery is made of either sold gold, or platinum. It is stamped with the maker's mark and hallmarked at the British Assay Office.

A: All items can be made in white, yellow, or rose gold, or platinum.
If the metal you like is not listed, it can be made to order for you and this work would take about 4 - 5 weeks.
There may (though not necessarily) be a surcharge, depending on the metal you choose. So, please ask before ordering.

A: Yes. Email your questions to Helen at Helen@knuckerbling.com. Having worked for Knuckerbling since 2000, she can answer your questions and explain how a diamond’s characteristics affect its appearance and value. Understanding this information makes choosing the right diamond, within your budget, much easier.

A: All Knuckerbling jewellery contains only genuine, natural diamonds, which have been mined from the earth.
They are not treated or enhanced in any way.
All Knuckerbling diamonds are sourced from suppliers who guarantee to sell only conflict free stones.
